JOHANNESBURG - Springbok captain Siya Kolisi has undergone a scan on his knee after getting injured in a United Rugby Championship encounter against Munster.
Kolisi went down in a tackle three minutes into the clash which ended in a draw at Kings Park Stadium in Durban on Saturday night.
Despite the flanker having done a scan, it's still unclear how severe the knock is and whether he will recover in time for the Rugby World Cup defence in France later this year.
The 31-year-old's wife Rachel left many fans worried on Instagram after posting a message.
On the message, there's a picture of Kolisi's hand with a wristband written Jesus as she begs the rugby fraternity to pray for her husband.
The Sharks next travel to Leinster in a URC quarter-final clash on Saturday the 6th of May.
