Kaze defends Du Preez

JOHANNESBURG - Kaizer Cheifs co-coach Cedric Kaze has defended Ashley Du Preez, who failed to score from an open chance in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The striker missed an opportunity to put Chiefs in the lead against AS Simba in Lubumbashi on Saturday.

Kaze says mistakes happen in football, and is confident Du Preez will bounce back.
