Ma’a Nonu performs Haka against All Blacks

JOHANNESBURG - All Blacks legend Ma’a Nonu found himself on the opposite side of the Haka as his new club, the Sharks, took on New Zealand in Durban.

The second Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry warm-up fixture is underway at a wet Kings Park Stadium.

A rare and emotional moment dominated the build-up, with Nonu joining the Sharks after recently signing with the Durban side before performing the Haka against his former team.

The 44-year-old is a two-time Rugby World Cup winner, helping New Zealand lift the Webb Ellis Cup in 2011 and 2015.

Nonu was named on the replacement bench for the Sharks, as he prepared to face the All Blacks for the first time in the colours of his new club.
