Through the Mothobi Mvala Foundation, he has launched a schools football tournament aimed at inspiring and empowering the youth of his hometown, Theunissen in the Free State.
The competition, set to take place at Squalor Stadium next weekend, will see eight local schools battling it out on the pitch.
