JOHANNESBURG - Banyana Banyana are a little closer to realising their dream of qualifying for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

South Africa have a meeting with Tanzania in the second leg of their third round qualification tie at Mbombela Stadium in Mpumalanga on Tuesday afternoon.

Desiree Ellis' charges are taking a 3-0 lead into the encounter following a successful trip to Dar es Salaam on Friday.

Victory for the South Africans will see them clash with rivals Nigeria in the fourth round after the Super Falcons beat Cameroon on Monday.
