Proteas ready for Australia

DURBAN - The Proteas will lock horns with Australia in a limited overs series.

The tour will mark the beginning of the 2023/24 international season.

It will also serve as part of their preparations for the upcoming World Cup in October.

South Africa has selected a number of junior players in their T20 squad to take on Australiawhile some of the senior players have been rested.

There has been a lot of hype around the Cricket World Cup and the Proteas believe in pacing themselves and taking it one game at time.

The main focus is winning their next three T20 matches.

The first match of the three will kick off on Wednesday evening at the Kingsmead Stadium before the ODI series.
