Rugby Australia hits back at Jones

MELBOURNE - Australia continues to deal with the aftermath of their embarrassing outing in France.

Rugby Australia has hit back at outgoing coach Eddie Jones after his comments about senior Wallabies Michael Hooper, Quade Cooper and Bernard Foley.

Jones left the trio out of the World Cup squad and later questioned whether they still have the drive to be winners.

Rugby Australia CEO Phil Waugh says Jones' comments are unfair towards the trio, who have a wealth of experience.
