MIDRAND - The wait is almost over!
The South African Football Association Elective Congress is set to be an interesting one.
Incumbent president, Danny Jordaan, will battle it out with AmaZulu chairperson Sandile Zungu.
Jordaan has been calling the shots at SAFA House since he was elected in 2013.
Since he succeeded Kirsten Nematandani and defeated Mandla Mazibuko, the 75-year-old has held the position for three terms.
However, he is up against a confident man in Zungu, who believes he has what it takes to unseat him.
Saturday's congress will see 265 members cast their votes, with 208 of those votes coming from 52 regions.
