JOHANNESBURG - The big three of the Premier Soccer League have crashed out of the Nedbank Cup.
Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates were bundled out in the round of 16. Sekhukhune United remain alongside a few sides from the Betway Premiership.
They outsmarted the University of Pretoria 1-0 to secure their place in the quarterfinals.

AmaZulu, Durban City, TS Galaxy and Golden Arrows are also still in contention. The five top sides are joined by teams from the first division Casric Stars and Milford.
