Sundowns back on top of Betway Premiership

DURBAN - Mamelodi Sundowns have climbed back on top of the Betway Premiership log table.

After edging Orlando Pirates 2-1 last week, Masandawana needed maximum points at AmaZulu to move level on points with the Buccaneers.

However, they were made to sweat for their victory at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.

The result sees Miguel Cardoso's side leapfrog Pirates to the top of the standings thanks to goals scored.
