HOBART - Zimbabwe made a winning start to their preliminary group stage of the T20 World Cup.
The Southern Africans needed Sikandar Raza's heroics in Hobart.
Raza's 48-ball 82 propelled his team to 174 for seven.
In reply, Ireland found the going difficult as they managed only 143 for nine.
Zimbabwe's 31-run win means they are on track to make the Super 12 in their first T20 World Cup return since 2016.
