WATCH | Fears of kidnapping spike in Bloem after teen found dead

JOHANNESBURG - There are fears a kidnapping syndicate could be operating in the Free State.

It follows the discovery of the body of a 16-year-old who was kidnapped, assaulted and murdered.

There are also concerns over high crime rates in the province.
