WESTERN CAPE - This year's first major cold front has struck the Western Cape bringing windy, rainy and cold weather along with it.
Provincial disaster teams are on high alert and ready to mobilise if necessary.
Officials are once again urging residents to avoid crossing flooded bridges and low-lying areas.
The South African Weather Service has issued a warning for two cold fronts affecting parts of the Western Cape and other regions this week, bringing rain, strong winds, and a significant drop in temperatures.
