JOHANNESBURG - The National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure is ready for the 15th BRICS Summit next week.

The Heads of State meeting takes place from Tuesday in Sandton and is hosted by president Cyril Ramaphosa.

China's President Xi Jinping, President Lula da Silva of Brazil and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will attend.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will participate virtually.
