JOHANNESBURG - ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula says President Cyril Ramaphosa declined to travel, potentially anticipating that the DA would announce their departure from the GNU.
He says they're taking the DA threats to collapse the GNU, seriously.
The DA chose to remain in the Government of National Unity but it has withdrawn from the National Dialogue – dismissing it as a waste of time.
