ANCWL deputy president has died

JOHANNESBURG - ANC Stalwart Lungi Mnganga-Gcabashe has died.

The 64-year-old was a member of the National Executive Committee, and Deputy President of the African National Congress Women’s League.

She was born in KwaMashu and became a member of the United Democratic Front  and the Natal Organisation of Women.

She served as a Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Public Enterprises, and most recently as Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Tourism.

The party has sent condolences to her family, comrades and friends.
