Bandile Shabalala's family seeks legal counsel to take action against Shoprite

JOHANNESBURG - Shoprite did not follow proper protocol to deal with theft says Moeketsi Tsotetsi, Bandile Shabalala's uncle.

Shabalala died after he was locked in a cold room, allegedly by a Shoprite employee.

The family is now seeking legal counsel to help them take action against the store.

The family is questioning why the police were not called to deal with the matter.

An eye witness says Shabalala was not moving at all by the time he was dragged and dumped outside by security guards.

They claim they were promised the post-mortem results would be available in four days from Monday.
