PRETORIA - The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria throws out Thabo Bester and Nandipha Magudumana’s bid to stop Netflix, 'Beauty and the Bester' from airing.
Convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester and disgraced doctor Nandipha Magudumana wanted to interdict Netflix from releasing the documentary.

Their lawyers said airing the programme would be tantamount to convicting their clients in the court of public opinion.
However, the streaming giant claims the pair has been aware of the documentary, and that Magudumana was paid for it.
The ruling was delivered minutes before the official release at 9am.
