BRAKPAN, GAUTENG - Authorities are urging parents to be vigilant after a teenager died in Brakpan at the hands of another child.
Fourteen-year-old Malcolm Booysens was fatally injured when a car hit him.
A 12-year-old was reportedly driving.
The minor appeared in the Brakpan Magistrate's Court facing charges of culpable homicide and driving a vehicle without a licence.
The matter has been postponed to 28 August.
