Cape Town parade | Over 60,000 people expected to attend

CAPE TOWN - The annual Tweede Nuwe Jaar celebrations are taking place in Cape Town on Tuesday.

The street parade starts in District Six, and is expected to draw crowds of more than 60,000 people.
