Cele: No holiday for police this festive season

CAPE TOWN - The country is on holiday mode, but the police are not.

Police Minister Bheki Cele says they will be hard at work.

He was speaking at the Safer Festive Season Inspection Roadshow in the Western Cape.

Cele says police will be taking a no-nonsense approach during the festive season.

He said his main priority is the well-being and safety of visitors and locals during the period.
