Cyclone makes landfall across Western Cape

CAPE TOWN - A cyclone has hit the coastal parts of the Western Cape.

It has brought a storm surge of heavy rain and gale-force wind.

Warnings have increased to Level 8 for the City of Cape Town, Drakenstein, Overstrand and other areas.
