JOHANNESBURG - The City of Johannesburg is buckling under pressure.
With failing water and electricity infrastructure exacerbated by poor management and corruption.
Mayor Dada Morero promised Coronationville and Westbury residents that water would return to their taps.
However, they have been unable to fulfil that promise completely.
Meanwhile, the battle lines for the City have been drawn.
The DA has announced Helen Zille as its mayoral candidate.
She has pledged to restore the City to its former glory.
Johannesburg is plagued by water shortages, potholes and deteriorating infrastructure, among its many problems.
Morero says that the DA will always find ways to undermine work done in the City.
