DA wins ANC cadre deployment court battle

JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court has order the ANC to hand over their cadre deployment records to the DA.

In addition, they must do so in five days.

The DA approached the court to force the ANC to share historical records of cadre deployment.

The DA approached the court in an effort to get the ANC’s cadre deployment policy declared unconstitutional.
