Eskom signs MoU agreement with IEC to limit blackout during polls

JOHANNESBURG. - Energy expert, Matthew Cruise believes that power cuts will be back after the elections.

Cruise was commenting after Eskom signed a memorandum of understanding with the Independent Electoral Commission, to keep blackouts to a minimum during the elections.

Rolling blackouts have been suspended for over a month now.
