JOHANNESBURG - The family of Lerato Mohlamme is still confused about how she died.
The mother of two was killed in a fire at the George Mukhari Academic Hospital in Pretoria.
The Human Rights Commission was at the hospital on Friday looking for its answers as to what happened.
However, Commissioners could not access the area as it remains cordoned off for investigations.
Mohlamme's mother says her 35-year-old daughter was in the psychiatric unit at the time.
