JOHANNESBURG - The labour dispute between FlySafair and trade union Solidarity is still on the table, but there’s movement.
The two parties have met again under the guidance of the CCMA.
According to Flysafair there has been positive progress, but the airline and Solidarity,
were unable to wrap up all outstanding issues.
Negotiations will continue into the weekend.
In the meantime, FlySafair continues to operate a reduced but stable flight schedule.
Nearly two-thirds of its pilots have returned to duty.
They have been fighting for more family time, proper rest and a wage increase.
