JOHANNESBURG - Four senior police officials have been served with notices of suspension, as part of a widening probe into the irregular awarding of a multi-million rand police health management contract.
They have already been charged internally, for breaching bid-adjudication committee processes.
This relates to tenders awarded to Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala’s company, Medicare24.
They have until Monday, to explain why they shouldn't be suspended. eNCA will continue to bring you this story as it develops.
