JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Social Development MEC Faith Mazibuko has apologised to Non-Profit Organisations affected by funding delays.
She has promised they will now receive payments on time.
Mazibuko hopes resolving the funding crisis will help mend the strained relationship.
