Gininda | Evidence suggests Meyiwa killing was a hit not robbery
JOHANNESBURG - The murder of Senzo Meyiwa was not a robbery gone wrong but rather an assassination, according to Lead investigating officer, Brigadier Bongani Gininda.
Gininda revealed this in his affidavit in court on Monday.
He faced cross-examination in the trial-within-a-trial.
A warrant of arrest against accused one and two has been put under scrutiny.
The soccer star was killed at his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s Vosloorus house.
The case against the five accused continues at the High Court in Pretoria.
