JOHANNESBURG - Deputy National Police Commissioner for Crime Detection Shadrack Sibiya insists he has done nothing wrong.
His court bid challenging his leave of absence, has been delayed.
Sibiya has requested a special allocation for the case, instead of an urgent court roll.

He’s been ordered to stay at home after KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, implicated him in police corruption and interference.
Sibiya says even if there are allegations levelled at individuals involved in wrongdoing, there are processes and laws to be followed and one cannot just act willy-nilly.
"Where I am sitting I am sure and confident that I have done nothing wrong and it is for the judge to say whether I am guilty or not.
"I am waiting for a positive outcome, but I do know that I am not involved in any wrongdoing and will be cleared," he says.
