RUSTENBURG - Impala Platinum mine workers in Rustenburg are coming back up to the surface due to hunger.
Only a few dozen miners are still underground at the Bafokeng Rasimone Mine.
The workers have been staging a sit-in since Monday, demanding that their dividend shares be paid straight into their bank accounts.
They also want pension funds from their previous employer to be paid immediately.
