'Jacob Zuma may become vexatious litigant' - expert

JOHANNESBURG - Jacob Zuma may soon be labelled a vexatious litigant.

This will mean that he will not be allowed to institute any legal proceedings.

This is the view of Constitutional Law expert, Paul Hoffman, after the former President's latest legal loss.

His private prosecution attempt was blocked by the Supreme Court of Appeal.

The former President wanted to prosecute the NPA's Billy Downer and journalist Karyn Maughan.
