Joburg Safety MMC calls for risk assessment of CBD buildings

JOHANNESBURG - The City of Johannesburg's Public Safety MMC, Mgcini Tshwaku is calling for risk assessments on all buildings in the CBD.

It comes as a fire ripped through the Sars building in Marshalltown on Wednesday.
This is the third fire to break out in the CBD in as many weeks.
No injuries or deaths were reported.
