KWAGGAFONTEIN - The case against prominent taxi boss Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni and his three co-accused has been struck off the roll by the Kwaggafontein Magistrate’s Court.
They faced charges of extortion and money laundering.

The group had spent the weekend behind bars after the matter was postponed.
The prosecutor and the investigating officer failed to pitch up for court.
The magistrate has since issued a warrant of arrest for the prosecutor.
