JOHANNESBURG - The Judiciary is upset over KZN Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi's, comments.

He alleged that there is collusion between the Judiciary and criminals.
In a statement, the judiciary says such claims, made without substantiation, are extremely damaging to public confidence in the independence and integrity of the courts.
The acting Secretary-General of the Office of the Chief Justice, has now requested the National Police Commissioner, to provide evidence to support his claims.
