JOHANNESBURG - The lawyer for Accused 1 in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is expected to continue cross-examination on Thursday.
Advocate Charles Mnisi is questioning a 2020 memorandum submitted by lead investigator Bongani Gininda to the National Prosecuting Authority.
The document, part of the case docket, alleges that Meyiwa was the victim of a planned hit - allegedly orchestrated by his then-girlfriend, singer Kelly Khumalo.
Mnisi is disputing parts of the memo, including claims linking Khumalo to two of the accused.
