SALDANHA BAY- Kelly Smith alongside her partner, Jacquen "Boeta" Appollis, and their friend, Steveno van Rhyn has been found guilty of kidnapping then-6-year-old Joshlin.
The judgment was handed down in Saldanha Bay community hall where scores gathered to hear the verdict.
Judge Nathan Erasmus says the three accused kidnapped and trafficked the little girl for purposes of exploitation.
The community of Saldanha Bay have welcomed the judgment saying it was justice being served.
