DURBAN - KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, says the eThekwini district is the biggest contributor to crime statistics in the province.
Mkhwanazi was speaking at an anti-crime summit earlier today.
He says statistics also show a disturbing trend around black men.
