JOHANNESBURG - Eskom has implemented stage 3 power cuts until further notice.
The utility says it has encountered a temporary setback, giving no further details.
This is the second time in over 20 days that Eskom has resorted to blackouts, and will only provide South Africans with an update tomorrow.
