JOHANNESBURG - Crime Intelligence head Dumisani Khumalo returns to the hot seat at the Madlanga Commission on Tuesday.
Khumalo testified at the Commission last month, revealing the existence of the 'big five' criminal cartel that operates primarily in Gauteng.
But his appearance was interrupted after he fell ill.
Khumalo currently faces fraud and corruption charges, related to the appointment of Dineo Mokwele within Crime Intelligence.
