PRETORIA - Suspended Crime Intelligence head Dumisani Khumalo resumes his testimony before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
On Tuesday, Khumalo gave evidence on the CCTV footage shot on 27 November 2024 showing Officer Fannie Nkosi entering Katiso 'KT' Molefe's house to collect a package.
According to Khumalo, Nkosi arrived in a BMW assigned to suspended National Deputy Police Commissioner, Shadrack Sibiya.
Khumalo says Nkosi is attached to the office of Sibiya as a detective and was an intermediary between Sibiya and alleged cartel member, Molefe.
Also central to his testimony was organised crime head Richard Shibiri.
Khumalo said Shibiri was not wrong when he claimed there were Tactical Operations Management officers working with cartels.
