PRETORIA - Crime Intelligence chief, Dumisani Khumalo is back on the witness stand at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
On Monday, Khumalo began his much-anticipated testimony echoing sentiments already made about the successes of the political killings task team.
He further revealed to the commission what he knows about the alleged criminal syndicate that has infiltrated law enforcement, and influenced politicians.
According to the head of crime intelligence cartels made up of different syndicates have been identified in Gauteng, making up what he terms the Big 5.
