JOHANNESBURG - Load reduction is the very last resort for Eskom to keep the Grid stable.
This is according to Eskom CEO Dan Marokane.
He was speaking before the South African Human Rights Commission on Tuesday.
Marokane says that it is done to prevent worse outcomes.
The Commission is investigating the negative impact of load reduction on human rights.
