TWEELING - The Mafube Local Municipality in the Free State is blaming the previous administration for its financial woes.
The municipality has recently issued a notice to its staff members saying that they may not get paid their salaries for the next three months.
Mayor Tlhoare Motsoeneng says this is because the municipality's assets have been attached due to non-payment.
He however says there is a financial recovery plan in place.
