FREE STATE - Former Free State premier Ace Magashule and his co-accused are expected back in court today as their corruption trial is set to commence.
The case relates to the controversial R255 million asbestos audit tender.
The provincial Human Settlement Department awarded the tender - a joint venture led by businessman Edwin Sodi.
Other accused persons include former MEC Olly Mlamleli, businessman Edwin Sodi and former senior housing officials Nthimotse Mokhesi and Thabane Zulu.
