Magistrate in Mboro case says she is bound by her oath of office
JOHANNESBURG - The application to have Magistrate Katlego Mokwena recuse herself from Pastor Mboro's case has been dismissed.
Mokwena says she's bound by her oath of office to adjudicate justice without fear or favour.
But the National Prosecuting Authority says Mokwna made questionable remarks to the prosecutor handling Mboro's kidnapping case.
Mboro was arrested after storming a school wielding pangas, to remove his grandchildren.
