Mamabolo: No alternative date for polls

JOHANNESBURG - IEC Chief Electoral Officer Sy Mamabolo says they're not planning for a delay to the upcoming election.

But Mamabolo admits that Friday's Constitutional Court case challenging Jacob Zuma's MK Party candidacy,

could impact the May 29 polls.

The IEC is appealing the Electoral Court ruling that has allowed Zuma to stand in the elections.
