Mbalula says ANC is reforming the social security net

JOHANNESBURG - ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula says they are reforming Social Security grant with the possibility of introducing basic income grant.
This as the party kickstarts its 2019 manifesto review.

With the 2024 general elections fast approaching, the ruling party continues this campaign, to engage South Africans on the advancements it has made, and problems that remain from four years ago.

He said, "this government implemented a social security net and we are reforming it.”
