JOHANNESBURG - The tribunal investigating sexual harassment allegations against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge is continuing.
An official from the office of the Judge President is expected to take the stand.

Last week, the tribunal heard testimony from forensic linguistics expert, Dr Zakeera Docrat. She said some emojis in text messages exchanged between Judge Mbenenge and the complainant carry sexual connotations.
The tribunal also heard that mediation efforts to resolve the matter were unsuccessful. Judge Mbenenge’s secretary, Andiswa Mengo, is accusing him of sexual harassment.
